No, we do not accept medical or travel insurance but , we provide invoices for potential reimbursement. However, if you have insurance, vaccines and labs may be covered through your insurance. Please check with your insurance.
- Children (up to 17 years): $249, which includes a blood test for Tuberculosis(TB).
- Adults (18 years and older): $299, which includes all necessary lab tests which may include TB testing, RPR, Gonorrhea and Varicella.
We accept cash, Paypal, Venmo and major credit cards
Government-issued ID, vaccination records, and first 3 pages of completed Form I-693 are required.
We will order any required lab tests and X-rays as needed. For vaccinations, we recommend obtaining them through your primary care provider. To maintain affordable costs for all, we do not administer vaccines at our office.
The required laboratory testing (for TB, gonorrhea, and syphilis) takes approximately 2–3 days to complete. Your exam cannot be finalized until these results are received and confirmed negative. You will need to return after the results are ready to sign and collect your completed paperwork.
Per the latest USCIS requirements, seasonal Flu vaccine must be administered within the last six months. You will need to receive the flu vaccines during the months of fall through spring. COVID is no longer required per new guidelines.
No, but you may require one or more adult vaccinations depending on your age and recent vaccination history. Your specific needs will be determined during your initial visit.
